A friend and I just played a three and a half hour game of firefight...

On easy of course, but in the end, it got to 1am and we just wanted it to end. As far as we got it didn't seem like it would ever end.

Good luck with endure. On easy we hit 200,000 at about 186 minutes. It was a nice surprise when the achevement popped up too

If it turns out Friday is no good, I'm good all next week and the week after as I'm on holidays!

Also, Reach has been dated for 14/9, just thought we should all mark that day in our callenders

ODST Endure challenge didn't happen unfortunately

But I hit up Halo 3 MP and got the Ghost achievement on Longshore. That was hard, everyone wants it and bee lines staight for the one Ghost in the game, then you have to quick and lucky to get three kills before you get hijacked or some vindictive prick blows the Ghost up.

Woohoo! Two achievements I did not expect to get on my own, that I got on my own.

Alas, Poor Yorrick for beating in three peoples heads with the Oddball

And Blades of Fury for getting a Sword Spree medal on Heretic

Played a whole hella lotta Firefight tonight and got several Firefight achievements.


Mick are you still keen for Endure on Friday night? Just to warn you it might be a late start for you, like 11pm your time and it's gonna take about two hours. The other three guys are Perth lads, we're probably all cousins.

From next tuesday i have a whole week (7 days) off so if you want to do some achievements on 3 or odst ill be in. Will just need some warning due to giving the game to my brother in law.

I'm doing Endure this Friday night, there might be a spare spot if Mick is unavailable.

Otherwise I've only got two more Firefight achievements to get, Lost Platoon and I think the other one was Security Zone, the one set in the outdoors area in front of the Oni building. So I'll send you an invite a week night next week. Now that Masterchef is over I get more regular access to the front room tv.

After that I just need to wrap up a few Halo 3 Mythic achievements.

Then it's the slow grind of Halo Wars ranking.

Actually kinda surprised I might get all these done.

Just did the math on how long it will take me to get the Running the Show achievement in Halo Wars. About 14 hours from the look of things.

Nightmare game of ODST tonight, tried for the Endure achievement and failed on the third wave.

Then tried for my Lost Platoon achievement and failed on the second wave.
